Measurement per phase and outlet, switchable outlets, network-capable and multifunctional.
The BN7500 is an intelligent PDU with a comprehensive range of functions. As with the BN7000, it enables professional energy and capacity management through network-capable measurements for each phase and outlet at PDU level, plus switching per outlet. In addition, measurement values for each outlet can be monitored. Two sensor ports support rack monitoring with optional temperature and air humidity sensors.
Thanks to its compact design (1U), installing the BN7500 is flexible and space-saving, and therefore enables optimised cabling and air flow in the server rack. Whether on-site or remotely via Ethernet: energy consumption measurements can be viewed locally on the display or via the web server using the clear and highly functional software interface. Furthermore, the BN7500 can be integrated into third-party software systems via SNMP or Modbus TCP, for example.
Granular measurement recording accompanied by neutral conductor monitoring and RCM type B (as an option) ensures maximum safety in the data centre. In addition, intelligent Master/Slave cascading in the PDU network enables cost-optimised network management.
Furthermore, the flexible design of the PDU and different technology modules make a multitude of customised versions possible.
This PDU is available as a 19” version or for vertical installation.
