Terms & Conditions
1. Interpretation
"Buyer" refers to the person, firm, or company whose order is accepted by The Energy Store.
"Contract" denotes the agreement for the sale and purchase of Goods.
"Goods" includes products supplied by The Energy Store.
"The Energy Store" refers to Dreamr Workshop Ltd trading as The Energy Store.
"Terms" are the standard terms of sale, excluding any other terms unless mutually agreed in writing.
"Working day" means Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and Public Holidays, and the period between Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
"Writing" includes electronic mail, and comparable means of communication.
2. Basis of the sale
The Energy Store sells and the Buyer purchases Goods according to these Terms, excluding any others unless agreed in writing.
Variations to these Terms are not binding unless agreed in writing by The Energy Store.
Representations about the Goods are not binding unless confirmed in writing by The Energy Store.
The Energy Store is not liable for advice or recommendations not confirmed in writing.
Errors in sales literature, pricing, or documents may be corrected without liability.
3. Orders
The Buyer is responsible for order accuracy.
Orders before 5.00 pm on a Working Day are dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability.
4. Returns Policy
Private Buyers have a 30-day right to return Goods.
Business Buyers need The Energy Store’s written consent for returns.
Conditions for returns apply.
5. Price of the goods
The price is The Energy Store’s quoted or website price on the order process date.
The Energy Store may vary prices at any time, inclusive of applicable value-added tax.
6. Payment
Payment is processed online through Stripe for all online purchases.
7. Delivery
The Energy Store delivers to the address supplied by the Buyer or to the Collection location as requested at the time of purchase.
Risk passes to the Buyer at delivery.
Property does not pass until payment in full.
9. Warranties & Liability
Goods have a minimum manufacturers 2-year warranty, subject to conditions.
The Energy Store is not liable for certain faults or if the total price is unpaid.
The Energy Store’s liability is limited; certain conditions apply.
10. Legal obligations according to EU WEEE, Battery and packaging directives
The Customer assumes responsibility for WEEE, Battery, and Packaging Directives compliance.
The Energy Store fullfills legal obligations for Irish deliveries; cross-border deliveries require Customer compliance.
11. Intellectual Property
The Energy Store indemnifies against intellectual property claims, subject to conditions.
13. General
The Contract is governed by Irish law; disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Irish courts.
