Shipping Information

Shipping Methods:

  • Free Delivery County Dublin: Available on all orders within County Dublin.

  • Standard National Delivery: Available throughout Ireland at a fixed rate of €40 per order with our national delivery partners.

  • Free National Delivery: Available on all orders over €800 with our national delivery partners.

  • Customer Collection: Customers can opt for collection at one of our designated addresses between the hours of 10am and 2pm Monday to Friday:

    • Newbridge Store - 12 Athgarvan Road, Kilbelin, Newbridge, Co. Kildare, W12 E294

    • Rathcoole Store - Unit 42 Block 503, Greenogue Industrial Estate, Rathcoole, Co. Dublin, D24 WY02

  • EU Shipping: Shipping costs will be determined upon receipt of order.

Shipping Timeframes:

  • Processing Time: Orders have an estimated processing time of 5 working days before they are shipped.

  • Delivery Time: Next day delivery is estimated for County Dublin and National Delivery (excluding EU) once they are received in our warehouse.

Order Tracking:

  • National Delivery: Tracking is provided by our national delivery partners once the order is out for delivery.

  • Notification: Customers will receive an email notification once their item is received in our warehouse and ready to be delivered/collected.

Lost or Damaged Items:

  • Lost Items: In the event of a lost item, we will work with our shipping partners to locate the package. If the item cannot be located, we offer the option of a replacement or refund.

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, contact us immediately with clear photos. We will assess the situation and provide options for replacement or refund.
